How long does it take?
After payment in 2-4 days, we will upload the sketch to the link. The timeline of your order is 3-5 days, excluding the day of order. 🙏🏻

There is an option to speed up the process, and we can have your image completed within 3 days, excluding the day of order
Can I edit my art?
Yes! On the link that would be sent after your payment! We’ll work together on the sketch to make any adjustments you’d like so that it is perfect. 🤓

How is the portrait sent?
Your portrait will be digital so you will be able to download on the link when it’s complete. On PNG and PDF format
What if I am not happy with my portrait?
Every art we edit together 2 times - first on the sketch with slightly poses/emotions, second time with colors on the final version

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?
Yes, absolutely! Your Yoca Lab ART is yours to do whatever you want with. Print and post as many times as you want
How many photos do I need to upload?
The more photos the better! Usually around 1-2 photos of each person, where the face and figure are clearly visible.', 'If you have examples (references) or photos of any details/clothes/tattoos - please add them too
What quality should the photo I send to you be?
The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration. But don’t worry, we will reach out to you if we think we need a better photo to get the artwork done right.
What dimensions will my illustration come in?
Slight edits are for free. If you want to add details that are not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.
Will I be charged for changes to my order after it is been made?
Our standard resolution is 3600 pixels x 4800 pixels (portrait) - 300 DPI. If you would like a different size just let us know in your order notes.
Can I get a preview of how my order will look like before placing an order?
Since our product is hand-drawn from scratch by real artists, we’re unable to generate a preview of how the picture would look like before ordering. The good news is you can request to amend your drawing once its complete until you are 100% satisfied.
What file type will my illustration come with?
Your completed artwork will be delivered in PNG and PDF format.
